At its most recent meeting, the CAQT Arts on the Block team worked together to develop a test run of the musical instruments for the International Festival of Rhythm and Light. They plan on using recycled bottles, and possibly tins or tin cans to create shakers for the main event, the procession, which is scheduled for June 19.
