Rassmbleu is an integrated public art–plaza design by artist Cliff Garten at the Alexander Apartment building in the Logan Square area of Philadelphia. Garten designed the plaza, fountains, seating and landscape. The project budget, more than $2.2 million, made it the largest project ever created under the auspices of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority Percent for Art Program. Bressi served as curatorial and project management consultant to Property Reserve International, the developer. Emily Blumenfeld of Via Partnership collaborated on the curating.
