Todd W. Bressi is a public art consultant, urban designer, educator and writer. He has managed his own independent public art consulting practice since 2000, with a full-time focus since 2008. 

Todd offers clients a unique depth and breadth of experience. He consults with public agencies, civic/community groups, cultural organizations and private developers throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has worked on more than thirty public art, arts district and placemaking plans, managed complex public art commissions, and teamed with artists on collaborative design and community engagement projects. He has led public art field development workshops and taught public art courses at the University of Pennsylvania.

Todd values long-term relationships with his clients and the communities he works with. As project manager and, before that, coordinator of artistic planning for Mural Arts Philadelphia, he has helped guide the artistic program of the nation’s largest public art organization. He is often asked back to update plans he previously written, or support specific projects.
